I have read many articles on the stress, depression, workaholic etc problems suffered in the western part of the planet. In west, appetite is more of an alarming issue unlike hunger in the east.
Stress management has become a specialized field in management and other humanities. But I see the problem with a slightly different perspective. The basic issue is treatment is given for the fruits when the disease has affected the roots. They fail to identify the disease in the heart, and try curing the heart.
