The gender conflict arises, as is commonly known, from ego clashes. There is no permanent solution to this fight. The Creator has fashioned the human nature with all the required flexibility it needs. Humans only need to adjust to this kind of problem. And perhaps realize the truth that there is no absolute right or left when it comes to the question of human nature.
- Man was created weak (and women to be more weaker).
- He hates to admit his imperfection. Need I say that I very often find females with a similar attitude (Of course much depends on the comparison between the word often and seldom).
I think it is an obvious fact that women are not given strong positions, demanding strategic actions, because she simply is ‘weak’. Of course, at home, the queen is the head of the domestic ministry handling all the important portfolios.
I am sure she can outsmart any material manager in concepts like placement of objects and asset management. No other member can displace this post, which I think, is more important and difficult to handle than the workplaces.
Thus women are stronger where her counterpart is weak and weak where her counterpart is strong.
Maybe it is a matter of the different angles by which one observes this great work of art called LIFE.
I wouldn’t waste any more time on such strategically stupid topic!
