My heart beats with a noble message
Filled with ,
‘Tis meant for this ‘-less age’

I care not if lovers refuse my gift
Many a times did the world with me rift

I speak the truth open
That which in my heart does deepen

O lovers!
These are not a roaming poet’s lines
To tease you with the tale of cups and wines

All I want is to share a little virtue
Let the same in your ensue

‘As you lie in the lap of the beloved
As your speech flows word after word

As you count the stars in the sky
As you wave at the birds flying high

As you both merge: eye to eye
As you both unite: soul to soul

Forget not your Merciful Him
Who created the feeling of ‘rahm’

Remember His favors in your talk
Think not that cannot be taken back

A mention of Him to your loved dear
And He shall make your name on heavens hear

O lovers!
These are not a roaming poet’s lines
To tease you with the tale of cups and wines

All I want is to share a little virtue
Let the same in your ensue
