ഇന്ന്‌ മുസ്ലിംകളിൽ നല്ലൊരു ശതമാനം മുമ്പ്‌ മത സംഘടനകൾ നിരീശ്വര വാദികളുടെ പ്രസ്ത്ഥാനമെന്ന്‌ മുദ്ര കുത്തിയിരുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളിൽ അംഗങ്ങളാണ്‌. അവരിൽ ചിലർക്ക്‌ മത നിരാസമോ ഇസ്ലാമിന്റെ സംസ്കാരത്തോട്‌ പ്രതിപത്തിക്കുറവോ ഇല്ലായിരിക്കാം. പക്ഷേ, അവർ മത വിരുദ്ധ മനോഭാവമുള്ളവരോടൊപ്പം ഒരു പ്രത്യേക രാഷ്ടീയ സംസ്കാരത്തിൽ വാർത്തെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. നേതൃത്വത്തിലേക്കടുക്കുംതോറും നിരീശ്വരത്വവും മത നിരാസവും അവരുടെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിത്തീരുന്നു. അവരതിൽ ഇഴുകിച്ചേരുന്നു. ഈ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപെട്ട മുസ്ലിം പേരുള്ള നേതാക്കളിൽ മതത്തിന്റെ ആരാധാനുഷ്ടാനങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കുന്ന ഒരാളെയെങ്കിലും കാണുക സാധ്യമാണോ.

Expulsion of the Palestinians from their Homes

And just as the Zionists exercised terrorism against their own countrymen (in Iraq, Libya and Yemen) to convince them to go to Israel, after they loved their life in other countries that guarded their dignity and honor, they also exercised it against the Palestinians to force them to leave their land and evacuate it for the sake of the new incomers who caused the miseries and wars witnessed in the region to this day. These Zionist terrorist acts against the Palestinians since the beginning of the last century triggered horrible massacres.

Jewish emigration to Palestine

In the year 1869, as a result of pressures exerted by the European countries over the Ottoman State, due to its piled up debts and its weakness, the latter issued a law, that allowed the foreigners, whether they were individuals, institutions, or companies to have properties, and in all lands of the State, whether inside cities or outside them. Thus such permission to the foreigners to possess lands in Palestine was a source of anxiety to the peasants and the people of the country, because it was the offset to the Jewish infiltration and the buying of lands under the foreign protection and prerogatives. The Zionist greed in buying lands started, where they began to tempt the peasants and big feudal lords from the foreigners to sell their lands, the peasants began to feel worried about the fate of their lands and lives.

On the 7th of June 1937, the Royal Committee headed by Lord Bill issued a report that dealt with demonstrating the point of view of both the Arab and Jew leaders, the committee recommended that the Palestinian case could not be solved, except on the basis of the suggestion of dividing Palestine

The Zionist Settlement in Palestine

It is noted that during the Ottoman rule, the government did not object to the dwelling of the Jews in its territories, but they objected to their migration from other countries to their regions, and heading specifically to Palestine. Ever since the beginning, the Sublime Porte issued instructions to its consuls to inform the Jews, desiring to migrate to Palestine, that they were not allowed to settle in Palestine as foreigners, and that they should acquire the Ottoman nationality, and abide by the enforced regulations in the provinces, where they wanted to reside. But despite the official stance of the Ottoman government, there was a noticeable increase in the Zionist settlement activity in Palestine, which occurred through twisted means, and through the support of the foreign consuls to them, and by giving bribes to the Ottoman government employees, who succumbed in some cases to the continuous pressure and insistence. In addition to this, the Jews’ endeavors in buying lands, and establishing settlements, did not wane for a day. History mentions that with the increase of the Zionist settlement movement, and the attempts to take over lands by all means, whether legitimate or not, the Arabic resistance movement started to grow, especially among the peasant and Bedouin, who fought against such settlements arising over their land, and forcing them out of it. Such resistance intensified till it pervaded most of the villages and cities, and the objection of people to this activity was conveyed to the Turkish Parliament through the Palestinian leaders, moreover, there was an intense attack on part of the opposition party for not putting an end to such practices. Nevertheless, the Zionist political power continued to augment, and the Zionist settling was further reinforced during the Second Migration in 1904-1914. All this can be traced to the corruption of the Ottoman administration during that time, and the connivance of some of the Masonic Ottomans and the Jews of Donma with the Zionist targets, in addition to the support of the consuls of the foreign countries to such acts

Islam and Idealism

Thus the problem we are dealing with in the final analysis crystallizes into the fundamental question: Is a particular socio-economic and political system practicable or not? This is the only criterion whereby the practicability or otherwise of a system can be judged aright. Judging from this standpoint we find that the Islamic system of life is in fact a practical system of life, for it was the first system ever practically applied to human life on the face of this earth.

ISLAM AND PRIVATE OWNERSHIP

Is private ownership a natural propensity? Communists and their likes insist that it is not. They claim that there was no private property in the earliest societies where the “first communism” prevailed. All things, they say, were public property shared by all people who were guided by a spirit of affec­tion, co-operation and brotherhood. They sadly regret that such “an angelic era” did not last because the discovery of agriculture involved disputes over the cultivated land and the means of pro­duction. This inevitably led to war. The Communists allege that humanity can put an end to this dreadful evil only by returning more to the first Communism” where no one had a property or one’s own and all production was equally shared by all people. They believe that this is the only way to restore peace, affection and harmony to the world.

The Arabs Must Win

The temporary success achieved by Zionism in the War of June, 1967, cannot be treated as a victory of one call or message, philosophy or religion, over another. The Jews have never had a message for the world, nor have they one today. The Battle fought on June 5th, 1967, was also not a confrontation between Islam and Judaism, not even between the Jews and the Arabs were in fact, never allowed to participate in the struggle: they were kept at arm’s length, in accordance with a well-calculated plot, to deny them any effect role in this confrontation. The so-called victory of the Jews was, thus, at its best, a success gained by a realistic and intelligent leadership over a miscalculating and worthless dictatorship. There is no denying the fact that at least for once in their history, after thousands of years, the Jews were fortunate enough to have such persons as their leaders who were able to raise them from ignominy and disgrace. They, undoubtedly, created history. It is a misfortune for the Arabs that their leadership was unable to do justice to them and to their history. Their leaders pushed them between the devil and the deep blue sea, and now they can neither retreat nor go forward.

Muslim deviance? Gimme a break

Few, if any, in the Western leadership seem to make the point that Al Qaeda is a deviant phenomenon within the Islamic world, just as Hitler was a deviant phenomenon within the Christian world (commentators seem to overlook Hitler’s early speeches calling on Catholic principles). But Islam has a much better record over the ages (despite its founder being far more warlike than the founder of Christianity) of dealing with its deviants who take violence to excess.

أيهَا المسلمونَ: للوطنِ مكانةٌ عاليةٌ وحُبُّهُ غريزةٌ متأصلةٌ فِي النفوسِ جُبلَ الإنسانُ عليهَا ، فليسَ غريباً أنْ يُحبَّ الإنسانُ وطنَهُ الذِي نشأَ علَى أرضِهِ ، وشبَّ علَى ثراهُ ، وترعرعَ بينَ جنباتِهِ، كمَا أنَّهُ ليسَ غريباً أنْ يشعرَ الإنسانُ بالحنينِ الصادقِ لوطنِهِ عندمَا يُغادرُهُ إلَى مكانٍ آخرَ، لقوةِ الارتباطِ وصدقِ الانتماءِ، فهذَا سيدُ الخلقِ وحبيبُ الحقِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يقولُ لِمَكَّةَ يومَ خرجَ منهَا مهاجراً : ”مَا أَطْيَبَكِ مِنْ بَلَدٍ وَأَحَبَّكِ إِلَىَّ ، وَلَوْلاَ أَنَّ قَوْمِي أَخْرَجُونِي مِنْكِ مَا سَكَنْتُ غَيْرَكِ“وقدْ دعَا صلى الله عليه وسلم ربَّهُ بأنْ يرزقَهُ حبَّ المدينةِ لَمَّا انتقلَ إليهَا، فقدْ قالَ صلى الله عليه وسلم : ”اللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ كَحُبِّنَا مَكَّةَ

ഒരു നേരത്തെ വിശപ്പടക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടി ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുന്ന മുസ്ലിംകള്‍. റിക്ഷാസൈക്കിള്‍ വലിച്ച്‌ കിട്ടുന്ന തുച്ചമായ പണം കൊണ്ട്‌ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ അക്കരെ പറ്റാന്‍ പാടുപെടുന്ന യുവാക്കള്‍. തങ്ങളുടെ നിത്യവൃത്തിക്കായി പോരാടുന്ന സ്ത്രീകള്‍. ബ്രാഹ്മണ ഭൂപ്രഭുക്കളായ സഖാക്കളുടെ മുതലാളിത്തമോഹങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ മധ്യേ നരകിച്ച്‌ ജീവിക്കാന്‍ വിധിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഒരുപാട്‌ മനുഷ്യര്‍………… ഇതാണ്‌ ഇന്നത്തെ ബംഗാള്‍.

ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാരുടെ മുസ്ലിം വിരോധം ശരിക്കുംമനസ്സിലാക്കുകും ശക്തമായ പോരാട്ടങ്ങപ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്ത മഹാനാണ്‌ മമ്പുറം സയ്യിദ്‌ അലവി തങ്ങള്‍. പോര്‍ച്ചുഗീസുകാര്‍ വളരെ പരസ്യമായിത്തന്നെ തങ്ങളുടെ മുസ്ലിം വിദ്വേഷം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും തന്ത്രപരമായി കരുക്കള്‍ നീക്കി മുസ്ലിംകളെ അടിച്ചമര്‍ത്തുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാരുടെ നയം. യൂറോപ്പില്‍ നടത്തി പരാജയപ്പെട്ട കുരിശ്‌ യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ തുടര്‍ച്ചയായിരുന്നു പോര്‍ച്ചുഗീസുകാര്‍ ചെന്നിടത്തെല്ലാം മുസ്ലിംകള്‍ക്കെതിരെ അക്രമങ്ങള്‍ അഴിച്ചുവിട്ട നടത്തിയിരുന്നത്‌. ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാരും അതുതന്നെ ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു.

The World of Islam Today

The moral and spiritual stamina of Muslims is being continuously sapped, sometimes through the generous supply of foreign teachers, social workers and technocrats, sometimes through a liberal provision of the wrong kind of literature which can only disturb indigenous people’s peace of mind and encourage doubt and disbelief by arousing what is worst in man, and, sometimes, through campaigns like the popularisation of television in the name of raising standards of living and making life more worthwhile.

ഇപ്പോള്‍ നടക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനസമ്മേളനത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച്‌ മദര്‍ തെരേസായുടെ ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതായി കണ്ടു. അതുപോലെതന്നെ പള്ളിയുടെയും മോസ്കിന്റെയുമെല്ലാം ചിത്രീകരണങ്ങളും.

ഒരു വശത്ത്‌ ഈശ്വരനാമത്തില്‍ നിയമസഭാംഗങ്ങള്‍ സത്യ പ്രതി ജ്ഞ ചെയ്യുന്നത്‌ അപമാനകരമാ ണന്നു പറഞ്ഞു വച്ചിട്ടു അധികകാലമായിട്ടില്ല. മറ്റൊരു എം. എല്‍.എ കൂദാശ സ്വീകരിച്ചുവെന്നു ഒരാള്‍ പറഞ്ഞത്‌ മോശമായി ചിത്രീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതും അടുത്തയിടെയാണല്ലോ. ഒരു കാലത്ത്‌ മദര്‍തെരേസായുടെ ജീവകാരുണ്യപ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ മുതലാളിത്തത്തെ നിലനിര്‍ത്തുന്നതിനാണന്നു പറഞ്ഞവര്‍ മദറിന്റെ സംസ്കാരചടങ്ങുകള്‍ ആഘോഷമാക്കി, ഇപ്പോള്‍ ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നു!

മുസ്ലിം സമുദായത്തെ മുഖ്യധാരാ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ കാലങ്ങളായി പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന വലിയൊരു ശക്തിയാണ്‌ മുസ്ലിം ലീഗ്‌. ലീഗ്‌ കാരണം സമുദായത്തിന്‌ നിരവധി നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്‌. നമുക്ക്‌ അര്‍ഹമായ അവകാശങ്ങള്‍ ചോദിച്ചു വാങ്ങുന്നിടത്തും മറ്റുമൊക്കെ ലീഗ്‌ വഹിച്ച പങ്ക്‌ അനിഷേധ്യമാണ്‌. ഈയടുത്ത കാലത്ത്‌ ലീഗിനപ്പുറത്തേക്ക്‌ സമുദായത്തെ രാഷ്ട്രീയപരമായി കൊണ്ടുപോകാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങള്‍ പല ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നുമുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്‌. എന്തുതന്നെയായാലും രാഷ്ട്രീയ കാര്യങ്ങളിലെ ഒരു പൊതുപ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം ആയി മുസ്ലിംലീഗിന്റെ സംഘടനാശക്തിയെയും മറ്റും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതും അനുസരിക്കുന്നതും സമുദായത്തിന്റെ ഉന്നമനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ ഏറെ സഹായകമാകും.

മുസ്ലിം സമുദായം എക്കാലത്തും നിരവധി വെല്ലുവിളികള്‍ നേരിട്ടുകൊണ്ടാണ്‌ മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുന്നത്‌, ഇക്കാലത്ത്‌ പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും. അവയെയെല്ലാം അതിജീവിക്കണമെങ്കില്‍ സമൂഹത്തിനിടയില്‍ ഐക്യം അത്യാവശ്യമാണ്‌. ഇന്ന്‌ എന്നല്ല, എന്നും എക്കാലത്തും മുസ്ലിം സമൂഹം ഐക്യത്തിന്‌ വേണ്ടി കൊതിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്‌. അതിനാല്‍, വിവിധ മുസ്ലിം വിഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ അനുരജ്ഞനം നടപ്പില്‍ വരേണ്ടതുണ്ട്‌. പക്ഷേ, സത്യത്തിലുള്ള ഐക്യമായിരിക്കണമത്‌. അതുമാത്രമാണ്‌ നമ്മുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. അല്ലഹുവിന്റെ പാശത്തെ നിങ്ങള്‍ ഒറ്റക്കെട്ടായി മുറുകെ പിടിക്കുക എന്നാണ്‌ അല്ലാഹു ഖുരാനില്‍ പറഞ്ഞത്‌. ഇവിടെ ദീനിനെ ഒരു കയറിനോട്‌ ഉപമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. നന്മയുടെ, സത്യത്തിന്റെ ദീനാണത്‌. ദീനും ദീനല്ലാത്തതും കൂട്ടിക്കലര്‍ത്തിയുള്ള ഐക്യം ഖുരാന്‍ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. യഥാര്‍ഥ ഐക്യം വിശ്വാസം നിലനിര്‍ത്താനും വിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്ക്‌ ശക്തിയേകാനുമായിരിക്കണം. അതുകൊണ്ട്‌ സത്യത്തിലുള്ള ഏകീകരണം ഇന്നെന്നല്ല, എക്കാലത്തും അത്യാവശ്യമാണ്‌.

ലീഗ്‌ നിര്‍ണായക ചുവടുവയ്പിലേക്ക്‌

കോഴിക്കോട്‌: രണ്ടുപതിറ്റാണ്ടിനു ശേഷം മുസ്ലിം ലീഗ്‌ സമുദായത്തിലേക്കു മുഖം തിരി ച്ച്‌ ക്രിയാത്മക ചുവടുവയ്പ്പി ലേ ക്ക്‌. സാമുദായിക ചുറ്റുപാടില്‍ വിശ്വാസ്യതയും പ്രതാപവും വീണ്ടെടുക്കുതോടൊപ്പം സംഘടനാ തലത്തില്‍ ധാര്‍മ്മികതക്കും വ്യക്തിത്വവികസനത്തിനും ഊന്നല്‍ നല്‍കുന്ന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ലീഗില്‍ തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചു.
സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ ആ ഭിമുഖ്യത്തില്‍ ഇലെ ലീഗ്‌ ഹൌസില്‍ നടന്ന സമുദായത്തിലെ വിവിധ തുറകളിലുള്ള വ്യക്തികളുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായി. പ്രത്യേക അജണ്ടയോ വിഷയമോ ഇല്ലാതെ നാനാ രംഗങ്ങളിലെ പ്രമുഖ വ്യക്തിത്വങ്ങളുടെ തുറന്ന ആശയ വിനിമയത്തിനാണു ലീഗ്‌ ഹൌസ്‌ ഇന്നലെ വേദിയായത്‌.

കലക്‌ട്രേറ്റ്‌ മാര്‍ച്ച്‌ സമാധാനപരമാകണം: ശിഹാബ്‌ തങ്ങള്‍

മലപ്പുറം: ഇടതുമുന്നണി സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ജനദ്രോഹത്തിനും ന്യൂനപക്ഷാവകാശ ധ്വംസനത്തിനുമെതിരെ മുസ്‌ലിംലീഗിന്റെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തില്‍ നാളെ സംസ്ഥാന വ്യാപകമായി നടക്കുന്ന കലക്‌ട്രേറ്റ്‌ മാര്‍ച്ച്‌ വന്‍ വിജയമാക്കണമെന്ന്‌ മുസ്‌ലിം ലീഗ്‌ സംസ്ഥന പ്രസിഡന്റ്‌ പാണക്കാട്‌ സയ്യിദ്‌ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ശിഹാബ്‌ തങ്ങള്‍ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്‌തു. കനത്ത ജനരോഷം സൃഷ്‌ടിക്കുന്ന നടപടികളാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അനുവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നതെങ്കിലും മാര്‍ച്ച്‌ തികച്ചും സമാധാനപരമായിരിക്കണമെന്നും തങ്ങള്‍ അഭ്യര്‍ത്ഥിച്ചു.

മുസ്ലിം സമുദായത്തിന്റെ ഉന്നമനത്തിനായി എന്നും നിലകൊണ്ട മഹനീയ പ്രസ്ഥാനമാണ്‌ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ യൂനിയന്‍ മുസ്ലിം ലീഗ്‌. ന്യൂനപക്ഷങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ പൊതുസമൂഹത്തില്‍ നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന നീതിയും അവകാശങ്ങളും ചോദിച്ചുവാങ്ങുവാനും അതിനായി പോരാട്ടം നടത്താനുമായിരുന്നു മുസ്ലിം സമൂഹത്തിലെ മഹത്തുക്കളായ ഒരു കൂട്ടം നേതാക്കളുടെ കഠിന പ്രയത്നത്തിലൂടെ ലീഗ്‌ പിറവിയെടുക്കുന്നത്‌. സമകാലിക കേരളീയ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ മുസ്ലിം ലീഗ്‌ ശ്രേദ്ധേയമായ സ്ഥാനം വഹിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്‌.

എങ്ങനെയുണ്ട്‌ മലപ്പുറത്തിന്റെ മറുപടി!?

വി എസ്‌ അച്യുതാനന്ദനു മറുപടി നല്‍കാന്‍ പിണറായി വിജയനു വിലക്കുകളും നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാവാം. പക്ഷേ, മലപ്പുറത്തുകാര്‍ക്ക്‌ അത്തരം പരിമിതികളില്ല. അവര്‍ തലങ്ങും വിലങ്ങും നല്‍കുന്നുണ്ട്‌. തലയുയര്‍ത്തിപ്പിടിച്ചുതന്നെ കൊടുക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട്‌. ഇപ്പോഴും കൊടുത്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്‌.

പൊളിച്ചെഴുത്തിന്‌ സമയമാവുന്നു

കേരള സമൂഹത്തില്‍ മുസ്‌ലിം രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്‌ അവഗണിക്കാനാവാത്ത ഒരു ഇടമുണ്ട്‌. അര നൂറ്റാണ്ടിലേറെ മുസ്‌ലിംലീഗ്‌ സൃഷ്ടിപരമായി ആ ഇടം ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്‌. കേരളീയ മുസ്‌ലിം സമൂഹത്തില്‍ ഇന്ന്‌ കാണുന്ന വളര്‍ച്ചയുടെ അടയാളങ്ങളെല്ലാം ഈ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ അകബലംകൊണ്ട്‌ നാം സ്വന്തമാക്കിയതാണ്‌. ഒരു നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന്റെ ഫലപ്രഖ്യാപനം കൊണ്ട്‌ ഈ രാഷ്ട്രീയ സ്പേസ്‌ അവസാനിക്കാന്‍ പോവുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട്‌ തന്നെ ഈ രാഷ്ട്രീയം വരും കാലങ്ങളിലേക്ക്‌ മുസ്‌ലിംലീഗിനെ സജ്ജമാക്കാന്‍ ആവശ്യമായ ഗുണപരവും വിവേകപരവുമായ ആലോചനകളാണ്‌ ഇനി പാര്‍ട്ടിയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവര്‍ നടത്തേണ്ടത്‌.

1857 : ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ജനതയുടെ ആദ്യത്തെ മഹത്തായ സമരം

2007 മെയ്‌ മാസത്തില്‍ ഒന്നാം ഇന്ത്യന്‍ സ്വാതന്ത്രസമരത്തിന്റെ വാര്‍ഷികം അഘോഷിക്കുകയാണ്‌. ഈ സന്ദര്‍ഭത്തില്‍ 1857ലെ കലാപത്തിന്‌ മുന്നോടിയായി നടന്ന പല സുപ്രധാന്‍ സംഭവങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റിയും വിലയിരുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്‌. 1857ലെ വിപ്ലവത്തിന്‍ മുമ്പ്‌ ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യയില്‍ 40ലേറെ ബ്രിട്ടീഷ്‌ വിരുദ്ധ കലാപങ്ങളുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്‌. ഇതൊക്കെ പല ചരിത്രകാരന്മാരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതുമാണ്‌. ഇതില്‍ ഒന്നു പോലും നെരത്തെ വാര്‍ഷികാചരണ സമിതി തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ചരിത്ര കല്‍ണ്ടറില്‍ പരാമര്‍ശിക്കുന്നില്ല. ഒന്നാം സ്വാതന്ത്യ്‌ര സമര പോരാളികളായ ബീഗം ഹസ്രത്ത്‌ മഹല്‍, കണ്‍വാര്‍ സാഹബ്‌, ഖാസിമാര്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ മുസ്‌ലിം പിന്നോക്ക വര്‍ഗ്ഗ ഗോത്ര നേതാക്കളെയും കര്‍ഷക സമര യോദ്ധാക്കളെയും കലണ്ടര്‍ പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായി അവഗണിച്ചു.
